I’m Daniel Pawlowski, the owner of Asset Ledger Group. I created ALG to provide real estate professionals with accurate monthly bookkeeping, useful financial reporting, and direct access to the person responsible for their books.

My goal is to help clients understand what they earned, what they spent, and what they actually kept, so they can make better-informed business decisions throughout the year.

Accounting experience with a real estate perspective

I have an accounting degree and four years of corporate accounting experience, including work as both a Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant. I’m also a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.

Since 2020, I have owned and managed multiple rental properties. That experience gives me firsthand familiarity with the financial side of real estate ownership, including the importance of accurate records, property-level visibility, cash-flow awareness, and dependable financial reporting.

This combination allows me to bring professional accounting discipline and practical real-estate context to each client engagement.
